The Rules of the Association for Spreading the Scientific Calendar
- This association is named " the Association for Spreading the Scientific Calendar".
- The members shall do all their best for spreading the scientific calendar all their lives.
- Private letters sent out by the members shall be written either only with the scientific calendar or together with the other calendar (for example Christian Calendar).
- The members have a right to propose a practical revision to the scientific calendar printed separately.
- There is no membership fee, but $2.00 are requested to be paid as a contact fee, once every 5 years.
- YAMADA Taro shall be the secretary general for the time-being.

- For the time-being, SUMITSUJI Noboru shall be the chairman, and shall be succeeded to well-qualified persons in turn.
- A directory shall be published at least every 2 years. Payment of the expense shallbe decided later on.
- The directory shall be written in member's mother tongue and phonetic sign or Roman symbol, and be put in order. The member have a right to buy a directory but no obligation.
- 1 GY(Galaxy Year) is not exactly 250million years. So an adjustment for a leapyear will be needed someday. The decision for this shall be done by the chairman with

- The details of the Scientific Calendar is concluded in other papers, and will be distributed for free of charge.
